One trader, one identity — our duplicate-account policy

A Quartz/24 trader has one identity and one login. You may only have one (1) login on our platform. The person who opens that login is the individual on the documents provided.

Signup identity verification is what binds them. Didit reads the government photo ID and matches it to the live selfie. An approved check ties the login to that person. The account, the record, and any payout belong to that one person.

A duplicate is a second login for the same person, or a login opened with someone else's documents. Neither is allowed. Do not create another Quartz/24 login for yourself, and do not let someone else use yours.
